Boo! Mr. Singapore Airlines. Boo!28th February 2006 Their reasoning went like this: Crap. Crappity. Crap. Crap. Crap. We're a big ugly corporate. Crap. Crappity. Crap. Crap. Crap. Here's a stoopid red tape reason. Crap. Crappity. Crap. Crap. Crap. Well, something like that anyway. Quite disappointing really. Seems a little heartless. Maybe even a little soulless. I just couldn't tell the kids that Singapore Airlines said "No". It would break their hearts. One little kid had been praying every night that I would stay for graduation... So I lied to them instead. Yep, that's right I've been lying to impressionable little kids. Guess I'm gonna burn in hell for this one... I told them that Mr. Singapore Airlines said yes and I could stay until the 8th of April. They were all very happy. I will pay the $NZ 375 myself, which is about 16,000 pesos, or about 160 days of work for a Filipino farm laborer. I can afford it, but I'd rather not have to pay it. I have no income for the next year, and have a trip to Africa coming up. I might end up sending Mike and Ritchie John around to Singapore Airlines. They get things done for me...
